What You Should Know Before Deleting
Deleting your account is permanent. Once you complete the process, your information will be removed and cannot be restored. Please review the following details carefully:
1. Permanent Deletion of Your Data All personal information, preferences, account history, and saved settings will be permanently deleted. We won’t be able to recover this data once your account is removed.
2. Loss of Access to Services You will immediately lose access to all features, subscriptions, or active services linked to your account. This includes premium features, loyalty rewards, and any ongoing services.
3. No Option to Reactivate Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.
4. Connected Apps Will Be Disconnected If your account is linked to other platforms, apps, or third-party services, those connections will be broken. This could affect your experience with those services.
5. All Communication Will Be Erased Any support tickets, message history, or communication you’ve had with our team will be deleted as well. These records cannot be retrieved after deletion.
6. Loss of Rewards and Offers Any earned points, exclusive offers, or promotional discounts tied to your account will no longer be valid. These benefits cannot be transferred to a new account.
7. No Backup or Recovery For your privacy and protection, we do not keep backups of deleted accounts. Once your account is deleted, the action is final and irreversible.
How to Delete Your Account
Deleting your account is permanent. Once you complete the process, your information will be removed and cannot be restored. Please review the following details carefully:
1. Start by logging into your account and navigating to your Profile section. This is where you can manage your personal details and preferences.
2. Next, go to Settings. You’ll find this option in the profile menu. This is where all your account and privacy-related controls are located.
3. Within the settings, click on the Privacy & Data tab. This section allows you to manage how your data is stored and used. Scroll down to find the option to delete your account.
4. Click on Delete My Account. You’ll be asked to confirm your decision before proceeding. Please read the warning message carefully to ensure you understand the consequences.
5. Once you confirm, you’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered email . Enter this OTP to verify your identity and protect your account from accidental or unauthorized deletion.
After successful verification , we will send you confirmation email to your account and your account will be permanently deleted. This action is final. All your data, activity history, and saved content will be erased and cannot be recovered.
